Examination of HEIDENHAIN encoders on site

The ATS software now can also be used to check the mounting and range of functions of encoders with 1-Vpp and commutation signals for sinusoidal commutation. Only a special test cable is required for this purpose. HEIDENHAIN offers this cable in addition to the standard encoder diagnostic kit. Motor manufacturers, motor repair shops and maintenance departments will enjoy this benefit in particular.

New repair strategy for machine operating panels

Since April 1, 2015, HEIDENHAIN has been offering a new repair strategy for the machine operating panels of the series MB 4xx, MB 5xx, MB 6xx and MB 7xx. The assignment of components to repair packages is much more customer-oriented now. You can choose between an economical functional repair and a premium repair.

New repair strategy for main computers

Since April 1, 2015, HEIDENHAIN also has been offering a new repair strategy for the main computers of the series MC 42x, MC 624x and MC 634x. The spare parts were reallocated, making the repair packages much more customer-friendly. The repair depth was enlarged as well. What is more, all main computers are now available in the HEIDENHAIN Service Exchange.
